Richard Langlois (E85) Launches LAGASSE'S EURO MUFFIN'S!Our Alumni Club is proud of the diversity, talent and dedication of it's members. We are happy share your story on our site. Send your story to Scott. 
Richard writes: Hello Fellow Alumni, In the past year I have developed a new style of english muffin and I want to tell you about it. I named it LAGASSE'S EURO MUFFIN'S ( a gourmet sweet muffin) and you can find it at all SHAW"S Supermarkets and STAR Markets. I had been in the restaurant business for 4 years and was getting restless, so I set out to find a new line of work. The opportunity came with this muffin and I decided to pursue it. With just over one year of work the euro muffin arrived at Shaw's yesterday. They are available throughout New England at all 186 locations. They are located next to the other english muffins, if you can't find them please ask for them by name, because not all stores have put them on the shelf yet, but they do have them. It will also help me out. The Euro Muffin taste like sweet bread with the texture of a fine european bread. As my customers have been telling me for the past 6 months, "these are delicious" "there much better than Thomas's" and " This is the best muffin I have ever tasted" Even Jason Leonardo loves them.
They make a great deli sandwich, mini pizza, breakfast sandwich and hamburger bun. Restaurant Pub 99 is considering them for there fall menu as the tuna melt.
