Boston Alum Embarks on New Career as Holistic Health Counselor
"Beat the Sugar Blues" Seminar on May 14th

I am very pleased to announce that I've started a new career as a Holistic
Health Counselor, helping busy professionals lead balanced, energized and
passionate lives.

Through customized six-month counseling programs, as well as ongoing
workshops and cooking classes, I help my clients find the food and
lifestyle choices that work best for them. I also help my clients
prioritize themselves - and their wellness - above all else. I specialize
in helping busy professionals get off the sugar/caffeine roller coaster
and establish lasting habits for a lifetime of balance, energy, vibrance
and vitality. A true holistic approach to life incorporates things other
than food for nourishment, including career, spirituality, physical
activity and time with friends and loved ones to name just a few. As a
Holistic Health Counselor, I work with clients to find balance and
nourishment in all of these areas, going far beyond the impact of dietary
changes.

I invite you to an initial consultation in which we'd discuss your health
history as well as any concerns and goals that are top of mind. This free,
one-hour session is a great way to get a feel for how I work with clients
and to learn more about my personalized six-month program. There is no
obligation, but I welcome you to consider that this conversation may be a
turning point in your life.
